martinmac Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Aeria??? what as in the stereo type of is this a mod i know nothing about.. and why? As soon as you post pics up on here someone will tell you to change the aerial. The standard one is quite big and the stubby Honda one is a straight swap favoured by some on here Available cheaply on e-bay Quote
CHETTERS Posted January 20, 2009 Author Posted January 20, 2009 fair enough! a new aerial it is then, if i put an exhaust on it i don't want it to look any bigger than the original so what would you reccomend? also is it worth having it remapped, if i do induction exhaust and remap what kind of figures can i expect? MITZ@CougarStore Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Aeria??? what as in the stereo type of is this a mod i know nothing about.. and why? Aerial, as in stubby aerial, to replace the tall Nissan OEM one… No power gains from the Induction kit, purely for noise/sound only (and it looks good under the bonnet), the Nissan ECU cancels out any increase in power… Quote
martinmac Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Afraid the ecu will stop you getting any power gains from the exhaust or induction. Its purely a sound thing. Exhaust choice is a personal thing. Best way to do it is to get to a meet and have a look/listen. Plenty of options available. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3970 Quote
