Unmarked Car Basingstoke

There is a dark blue Skoda Octavia VRS Estate in the Basingstoke area, the lights are hidden very well and i could not make out the camera equipment.

 

luckily i got away with a flash and being told to slow down as he passed, i guess as he undertook me on a roundabout and went screaming up the slip road without an emergency to go to and the motorway was empty he di not mind too much that i caught and overtook him.

 

i read all the time about them drving skoda's but given his driving style i did not take him for a copper, I'l be even more carefull around these in future.
