Help - has this car been lowered based on this picture

Just been looking at tyre sizes and from what I can see they are all wrong:

 

E.g.

 

              F         R     Dia. Diff
OEM Rays - 225/45/18 245/45/18 2.73%
My Rotas - 245/35/18 265/35/18 2.23%

PH Car   - 235/40/18 295/30/18 -1.71%

 

Now I know mine are slightly smaller rolling radius than they should be, but the ration to front and back is right. In his it is miles off and I wouldnt be supprised if this didnt kick the TC in all the time!
