Stew Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 I'm having trouble with one of our alarm pages built with PI Processbook and Excel. It keeps crashing when an alarm comes through and it's annoying. Wondering if anyone knew anything about it as I don't know much about this alarm page..... Plus the guy that works on the opposite shift broke it once and has been told not to touch it! So I am reluctant to play unless someone knows how it works! Quote
ab350z Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 Tried the old switch off switch on? 60% of the time it works, everytime. I supported it when I worked in Angola but i cant remember a sodding thing about it. Have you tried Googling for a solution or calling the vendor? Quote
Stew Posted August 17, 2008 Author Posted August 17, 2008 I've switched it off and switched it on. It is working, just not very well! It's only one screen though and I have loads to look after so it's not a big deal. I'll wait till the morning to call the support. Quote
