Hose Clip and Intake Tube

Morning all,

Any suggestions how to remove the hose clip and leave the rubber nipple intact ?

Tried silicone spray and it didn't work out as I hoped.

WD 40 or similar will work Neil.

 

Those nipples are quite resilient and should not snap off.
