I have two new, oem bolts which I ordered by mistake. Happy to post them to anyone doing an engine re-build.... They are:

1 x 08120-8251E (fits somewhere into the cylinder block!)

1 x 11128-AM60A (Drain Plug - as above - I thought this was for the Sump Pan but that is different.
