370Z ENGINE & AUTO TRANSMISSION CONTROLS

Hi All

I am new to the forum and hope someone can help or point me in the right direction.

I currently run a hillclimb race car which is fitted with a supercharged MX5 engine but in race conditions is not powerful enough, I know there are tuning options I could go to but have made the decision to buy and fit a 370Z engine and auto transmission ( I want the paddle change feature )

When the engine & trans arrives it will come with the engine wiring harness and ecu.

I can take care of the mechanical work ok but need some help in knowing what additional electrical parts I require in addition to the instruments, throttle pedal and VVEL control unit. I would like to get the ecu reprogrammed to remove the immobiliser, egr system and anything else not needed to make the engine and trans run as a standalone unit. 

Everything else electrical on the car will be handled seperately.

Is there a UK company who know their way arounf this ecu and could carry out the work to the ecu ?
