fuse for convertible top

How can you tell if the fuse(s) for the convertible top is damaged.    The fuse also seems to govern the power windows which I do not think is correct.   Is it in fact 3 fuses?

I own a convertable have you looked at the big boys in front of the battery I think 40amp ignore the fuse box strapped to the wing
