kemo Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 Could anyone advise if the MAP sensors on the 350z are all the same across the models? I think my sensor on my 350 roaster 07 plate is in need of replacing Quote
kemo Posted January 29, 2023 Author Posted January 29, 2023 MAF sensor, just wondered if they are all the same over all the 350z models Quote
ZMANALEX Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 You initially asked for MAP. What year and engine model is your car? Quote
kemo Posted January 29, 2023 Author Posted January 29, 2023 Its a roadster on a 07 plate and i think its 310 bhp V6 VQ35HR and yep, sorry for the spelling mistake mate of course it should have been MAF Quote
ZMANALEX Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 There is also a MAP sensor on some models hence the question. There are 2 MAF sensors on the HR and I have both in stock. They are different from the early DE model. Quote

kemo Posted January 30, 2023 Author Posted January 30, 2023 Ok Alex, how much for the two? When you say HR models, what do you mean, sorry to be thick on this!! Quote

You previously confirmed that your car has the HR engine. The easy way to identify is to lift the bonnet and check if it has 2 air intakes and 2 air filter boxes and two throttle bodies. Or post up a picture of your engine. Quote
kemo Posted January 30, 2023 Author Posted January 30, 2023 Yep mate it does have two air intakes, etc, so how much for the pair. Part of my list of things i need include is a engine cover, engine strut (both preferably with the fixings, but not overly important), a soft top that we already spoke of and there will be quite a few other bits to add to all this, i would think. Do you know of a company that does the clutch kit for my car, either online or other, i have been quoted £370.00 from various places, there are a few online that quote cheaper, but just not sure how good they may be! ZMANALEX Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 Okay, I will grab all this stuff when over at the shop tomorrow and send you over some pictures and prices etc by DM. I should have a new clutch kit in stock, again info by DM tomorrow. Quote
