Oil pressure sensor replacement from the dealer or any

Hi,just being curious my 350z 2005 DE had an oil pressure gauge on 120 all the time. I look on YouTube and would try to change the oil pressure sensor. Dealer quoted over £150 for the part ! Is it really so expensive or just a try. Found few on eBay for much cheaper then that. I couldn’t find anything relevant in topics.
