New steering wheel - horn keeps going off

First of all, im not a very handy guy

I installed a new carbon fiber steering wheel on my 370z. Everything is installed the way it should, but when i hook up my battery the horn keeps going.

Checked everything, but cant find out what i did wrong.

 

Any ideas?
