Removing headlight indicator cover

Does anyone know If the headlight indicator cover is removable/replaceable? 

 

I ask this as one of my covers is yellow and the other is clear which looks terrible.

 

I dont mind having to open up the headlight as I'm planning on painting them anyway.

 

If someone can point me in the right direction on where to order a new one if possible that would be much appreciated
