Rust Repairs in South East

I've got some small spots of rust on 2 of my arches, mainly on the driver's side rear wheel arch. I'd like to get them properly repaired. I only bought the car 3 months ago (55 reg with 80k miles) and checked it quite thoroughly so I assume it had previously had a bit of filler to cover it up. I'm near Portsmouth/Southampton but prepared to travel a bit to get it done properly at a reasonable price. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated?

Try Barry at the South Coast Workshop in Emsworth, usually does a good price and should be local.
