Passenger window leaking

Passenger side window is leaking around where the tweeter is. Is it likely to be the weather seal between the mirror and sail panel? Or do these leaks usually start elsewhere?

Most likely to be the weatherstrip that runs along the top of the door shut.

First thing is do is whip the doorcard off and adjust the angle of the window slightly so it pushes against the seal a bit more.
