battery light on intermitently ?

Hi

My battery light is coming on intermittently normally when accelerating

Has anyone had this previously and what was the cause please or if you are mechanically minded what could it be ?

Could be numerous things causing this.

First thing to check is that the belt is not to slack, there are marks on the tensioner to assist with this check.

Best also to get your alternator charging rate checked and also the battery.

Alternators for the HR are in stock and good to go same/next day if required.
