Driver Side Exterior Door Handle

Hi guys,

 

Desperately looking for the above. If anyone knows where I could buy one new then that would be very helpful as for some reason I'm struggling to find a driver side door handle for a RHD (possibly due to my location?) after searching for a few hours.

 

Living closer to the US, does anyone know if I were to buy one for a LHD, could I disassemble it and swap the mechanism over to the outside shell I currently have?

 

Any guidance to a source would be much appreciated! Cheers.
