Both front bearings?

Hello.

 

Very suddenly, my car has begun rumbling when turning any direction. I've googled "rumbling when turning" but it's either left or right, never both.

 

Seems very odd for both to go at once. Especially as the nearside one was replaced 4 years ago.

 

The only other thing it reminds me  of is CV join noise but the Z has none on the front, does it?

Wheel bearings are easy to check, lift the car up and if you can wobble the wheel.....
