Removing stubborn grime

Can anybody recommend a product for removing ground in grime around and under the edges of the the rear spoiler?

I have had good results with Bilt Hamber Surfex all purpose cleaner. I usually use it for my Zeds door shuts/sills and gets rid of scuff marks easily.

 

It can be diluted too!
