front camber upper arms

hi can anyone help me. fitted japspeed adjustable front upper arms -2 to +2 adjusment but still can get the right camber the car is fitted with 20 inch rims it is also lowered by how much i don't know as i bought the car like this ,would fitting a -3 to +3 adjustable arm help.thanks.
