Rays Valves installation?

Hi Guys,

 

I've recently purchased a set of Rays Valves which look a little like these images

 

 

 

I was wondering if anyone has had these installed and what the correct order was

 

E.G Stem -> nut -> wheel -> nut ?

 

or

 

Stem -> wheel -> nut - > nut ?

Well the rubber needs to sit against the inner face of the wheel to seal it. Id assume its valve stem, wheel, washer, nut, nut valve cover. Second nut is for if you have thin metal on the alloys.
