Alternator Belt Tensioner Bolt Sheared

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

My belts have been squealing in the cold weather, when I went to check the tensioner the bolt had sheared. Can anyone tell me if the bolt is replaceable and if it has a part number? Otherwise I will change the pulley does anyone have a part number for that?

The car is an 07 3.5l coupe if that helps.

Many thanks,

Scott

That is the tensioner adjusting bolt that you have snapped and usually only happens if you forgot to loosen off the nut in the centre of the pulley.

Plenty in stock, just drop me a PM if I can help further.
