Hi,

 

I'm attempting to swap a failed CD unit in a 2010 GT convertible.

 

Bit of a problem the replacement unit is now showing "wait" then "secure" on the nav screen.

 

Is there a fix for this problem?

The CD player is paired to the ECU of the original car, its an anti theft device. You'll need to take it to Nissan (and i guess prove its not nicked) to get it unpaired. I bet a decent audio specialist will be able to find away round it though.
