370z Headlight Washer

Hi All

 

I'm repairing a 2009 370z which was a Cat D and I'm in need of a passenger headlight washer. Does anyone know the part number for these? I've found the below, it's listed for a Nissan Teana but I'm hoping it's the same part on the 370:
