Help got abs brake slip and tcs and no speedo

Help just been playing around relocating my cruise control. Put it all together turn power on get all lights up on dash. Abs handbrake tcs and slip tried driving to a mates to reset using his code reader no codes but as I was driving I noticed I had no speedo either. Tried and ecu reset(pedal dance 3 times) still not cleared. I've now returned it to how it was b4 I started but still no change

As much as its stating the obvious, I'd be amazed if you didn't have a wire either not connected or to earth or otherwise not back to how it should be. That's where I'd start.
