Kernow Posted May 14, 2016 Share Posted May 14, 2016 A couple of days ago I removed the green battery disconnect screw on the negative terminal and cleaned the thread on my. After reconnecting the battery with this screw the car doesn't honk when it locks and unlocks and beeps after I turn off the ignition, then the alarm goes of when I get out of the car and close the door! Very frustrating. It isn't immobilised and drives fine. Is there an alarm reset I can do? So far I've tried holding the lock and unlock together on the fob and manually unlocking and locking the doors but nothing has changed.
