Alarm issues 05 350z

A couple of days ago I removed the green battery disconnect screw on the negative terminal and cleaned the thread on my. After reconnecting the battery with this screw the car doesn't honk when it locks and unlocks and beeps after I turn off the ignition, then the alarm goes of when I get out of the car and close the door! Very frustrating. It isn't immobilised and drives fine. Is there an alarm reset I can do? So far I've tried holding the lock and unlock together on the fob and manually unlocking and locking the doors but nothing has changed. Cheers

Update: Just tried turning on the ignition and locking and unlocking using the button on the car door but no luck

Have you tried completely disconnecting the battery for 10 mins and then re connecting, sometimes this will allow a fault to clear.
