Immobiliser on my 05 350z

I tried opening my car with the remote on the key and it would not work , first thought was the key battery but neither key was working . Opened car " old fashioned " way ok but alarm goes off as soon as I open the door,however once the ignition is turned on it starts/runs ok . Car was perfectly fine when I put it away a week ago .

Has anyone else had this problem ?

Yep.

Happened when battery was low.

changed it and all was fine.

Your spare one is probably flat too.

Thanks mate , I'll give it a try . Also found several other posts related and could possibly need resetting .....ignition on/off button pressing etc !
