Clutch Pedal

Ok guys, been searching through the forum, but cant find an answer so I need some help...

 

2004 DE 350Z.

• Clutch has been replaced using the OEM Exedy kit.
  
• DMF has been replaced with the OEM LuK DMF.
  
• The clutch slave cylinder has been replaced
  
• The master cylinder has been replaced with a genuine Nissan part
  
• Nissan have bled it through and reported no problems.
  
• Car drives fine.
  
• Pedal adjustment has been checked, been adjusted in/out accordingly
  

BUT.... When trying to operate the clutch, I can only get the pedal down half the way, and its STUPIDLY heavy!

 

Any suggestions?
