Can you put UK centre gauge cluster in a Jap import model?

I have a Jap Import Zed and so the switchable gauge in the centre pod shows Kilometers for the various options.

 

My question is, in order to display the UK miles/MPG etc. would it be as simple as getting hold of a uk spec gauge cluster and doing a straight plug and play swap? Or would it involve more work in order for them to display the correct info?

 

Or if anyone can direct me to someone who has done this then even better

Yes, straight swap for UK gauges. It's a common mod for any JDM owner, if you can find a set of UK gauges. Plug and play takes about 15 minutes to swap over.
