eddymon42 Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 I am going to fit a DAB radio but I have read that the 350z has an amplified antenna which means I can't use a DAB splitter. Is there any other way without having a seperate antenna on display. Would a DAB antenna work inside the dash plastic, just like a GPS antenna? I look forward to your advice. Quote
glrnet Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Internal DAB antennae are rubbish, even the "through glass" externallly mounted ones, theres one on my Zed Have a look here and get an externally mounted amplified DAB antenna to replace the exisiting antenna. I put one on the van with my Alpine DAB unit and it really is the dogs, virtually no burble or signal loss. http://www.dabonwheels.co.uk/ I keep meaning to look into it but I prefer the Zorst noise, for longer journeys I use my ipod Quote
