Mines a 08 and does the same. I seem to remember reading in the owners manual it does this and you are supposed to wait a while before driving off.

Sunwin Nissan Keighley: Bought my new zed from these and all in all was very happy . Just had P1 done this morning and had to wait three hours . When I went to pay they knocked me £20 off for waiting so long so only paid £168.20. Will be going back next time.

I do park in a car park next to Bradford Interchange do you think it could be from the trains exhaust? Where do I get clay from? I think you'll find it might be filings (I think they come from the track) that get blown about and end up settling on the paint. Clay is available from loads of places. Sounds like you might have to do it more often than most so I'd get onto Bilt Hamber and buy a hard and a soft clay. Thanks for the advice

Just had call from dealer they said it is acidic fallout I am going to see them tomorrow and will be giving them some acidic tongue fallout! Will keep you updated

Hi all, after washing my zed on Sunday I noticed little silver marks in the paintwork so rung the dealers and took it in on Tuesday. Got a phone call later in the day saying they have noticed these marks all over the car!!, said there may be problem with paintwork and are going to contact Nissan. Will keep you informed

Hi all, It's question time; When buying my zed I opted for the Diomondbrite system (I know, I should have read the forums before I forked out but hind sight is a wonderful thing!!!) Anyway my question is; The shampoo is running out do I go back to Nissan and buy another bottle? or is there another product I can buy that is as good or better but won't affect the Diamondbrite? Any advice will be great thanks. Looking forward to seeing some of you at the Zedfest in September.
