  1. That's both ugly and gorgeous at the same time - but you know what I mean!

Anyone interested in that sort of thing would probably enjoy Auto Italia in Bristol on April 25. They literally close off a huge area of town and italian cars and bikes line the streets - lots of classics and rare ones included. It's supposed to be a fab weekend!

I've been living in Bristol for nearly 3 years and have never noticed it!! Doh! Where do they have the cars?

  2. Hi guys, HELPPPP!!

I'm currently attempting to fit a new CF bonnet to my motor but it's not quite fitting right. Basically, it needs to move forward about 7-8mm as it's not quite reaching the front catch properly at the moment. Is there a way of adjusting the bonnet hinges or am i going to have to drill them out?! :scare:

    Any help much appreciated.

  3. Just one thing that worries me is why have you put a little kiss at the bottom of your first post?

+1 Maybe he's just friendly or perhaps address the Nixy/Cara type members of the forum!

  4. I have the Lilliput 629 in my cubby sat on my desk, waiting for a car PC! It fits a dream. Havent got any pics of it installed, but this is what it looks like in bits!

To fit it i cut (with a Dremel) the original plastic screw taps from the back piece and then bonded (glued) them to the back of the cubby. You can then use the existing the metal tabs to fasten it onto the cubby. I then used some sticky 3M pads to attached the PCBs to the back of the screen. Am just trying to work out the best way of retaining the use of the buttons as i want to be able to flick between inputs (carPC to DVD head unit).

    Good luck mate

  5. Without wishing to offend, the 63 is far to try hard for me, the lines on the car are very aggressive! I would still have the S5 due to its sleekness and subtly.

I agree, i saw an SL63 in Stratford today and it looked a bit pimp-my-ride with funny shiny bits of plastic! S5 is much better choice. :teeth:
