  1. Thanks for the offer and it's a good one, but since my own one has the same issues with the flange i'm going to weld it. No doubt i'll be in the market for a replacement again soon, but lets hope not.
  2. I'm in need of a rear & middle section exhaust, preferably with no rust. If you can help pls reply with your price & condition. Thanks
  3. Had the privilege of taking out the 370 Ultimate on my own for a few hours today, sheer horror was upon me when I noticed the gear stick was one of those automatic thingy's, Oh how wrong was I !!! I agree with all the negative comments below but found the gear box fantastic, down shift was very smooth once you get used to it & the power just doesn't stop coming. It has some unusual features which at first annoy you but give it time & it certainly grows on you. Build quality is much improved all round & i was pleased to read they've improved the finish of the paintwork. Cornering very sharp & wow what have they done to the brakes?? My 350 has recently had new redstuff pads on OEM discs & they simply don't compare. Would i buy one ? Yes was my answer until i got back in the 350, This a bare bones drivers car, the 370 isn't! It's missing that something special that we all felt & heard when we first got our 350's. ++ Where's the Nismo kit ??
  4. Having just had my Z serviced by Nissan for a P3 I was hugely dissapointed when they informed me they were unable to charge me the the fortune they had promised to fit the spark plugs I supplied because they didn't have a manifold gasgit & I hadn't supplied one either. So.... I was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent garage near Tunbridge Wells that's more than capable of working on 350Z's. I know some good garages but I'm really after someone that knows the car inside out rather than using it to learn from.
  5. Had my P1 two weeks ago at 30k, Originally booked in £180 but i phoned around the day before & another dealer same company quoted £140, i asked how much they were charging for Oil which was £50. Complained to original garage before taking in car & forced them to match the price, I supplied the oil & it eventually only cost £85. They did try to catch me out on breaks, reported discs & pads on front 95% warn Quoted £600+ to replace. Ouch Two seperate garages disagree the discs need replacing but one said it wouldn't hurt to recondition one disc on the lathe ? Anyone ever tried this route ?
  6. I eventually purchashed the BT Adapter from local Nissan in T.Wells for £90 incl VAT. My Erricson k800i wasn't listed on the compatability list but works absolutely fine & never disconnects.
  7. Excellent Thanks for your help..wonder how many tries i'l need before getting it right :-)
  8. Hey there, my airbag light has just started flashing, i've read your thread and wondered how you were resetting the ECU & if you have any other nifty tricks to try before involving Nissan? Cheers
  9. cheers bud, thanks for the info & enjoy your game, very jealous it's gorgeous out there & i'm at work :-(
  10. M8 your quick !! excellent, so if i do see these adaptors on ebay, i can't go wrong, so then they're probably worth bidding for. Any idea how much from Nissan ?
  11. Hi everyone After recently getting nicked for using my mobile I think it's time to get the handsfree working in my car. I have a UK 04 GT, the cradle is in the arm rest box & from what i've read in the forum i like the sound of the universal bluetooth adaptor. I just wanted to ask :- 1) Is there only 1 type of adaptor that will fit ? 2) Which manufactures supply ? 3) Do you simply plug in, connect to phone & control everything from phone? 4) Does it integrate with the bose stereo ? A little reluctant to purchase off ebay if it might not work. I need assurances
  12. I picked up my first 350z this week & am looking for the best place to buy accessories from? Firstly I need the boot divide "Tonneau Cover" but £100 from Nissan seems a little steep. Being pre-occupied with unnecessary reasons to drive my car I haven't read the manual yet and was wondering if you can raise the level of the headlights from inside the cabin ? P.S To anyone thinking of owning a 350Z - Get One !!!! You won't stop smiling !!!!!!
