greetings ... dose anyone know how to get the radio out

my radio band is from 88... to 9o.... which is only radio 2.... apparently my dealer will widen the bands to suit uk radio bands how do they do this....??

dose anyone know the cost involved in changing the digi readout to mph as opposed to kmh.......??
