  1. Clear reflectors is what the car should have come with in the first place..... I had a 350z in 2006, gunmetal grey and thats the one thing i hated, but as i was about to change the reflectors, i lost the car due to financial problems but im back in a 350z kuro black 07 but the orange reflectors suck anyways im getting clear on the black, and il post the pics up soon coz it'll look 10X better i know blah blah personal prefrence and all but i really urge you to get it changed.
  2. NOT THIS DRIVER So it has to be the car, taking it to teh dealers on monday
  3. After some quick research i have opted to go for michelin pilot sport, good all rounder. see these websites for quick reviews http://www.blackcircles.com/tyres/
  4. i need to change all four of my tyres, which would you recommend for grip, especially in the wet. I was thinking the pirellis or going for the bridgestones. I dont need to change my fronts still got 5 m but i always get a full set when changing tyres.
  5. i know exactly what you mean, i think that noise is the anti-skid or traction control kicking in, but i get it every time when the cars cold. Its like a clicking noise and i would describe it as ...well clanging I'ver not seen the dealer about this as i thought it was common, but is this a problem
  6. I've had my car for a week and half now, 06. The girl from the nissan garage rang me hastily yesterday "...oh there is a running in period...blah blah" im the same mate, ive hammered mine a few times. Anyways it is true, there is a running in period and the manual does say so. The manual says upto 1200 miles, the lady form the nissan garage told me 2000 miles. im taking it easy now though, its done 700 miles in less than 2 weeks. im just trying to drive anywhere to get to 1200 miles, looking for any excuse to drive, i know its sad but on tuesday after the england game, i made two trips to drop my 2 friends off home
  7. oh! and what are the evo forums saying to you.... lol;)
  8. Honestly Evos are great cars, and yes servicing sucks, and nissan are still a rare sight on our roads, ive had mine for a week now, and not regretting it. i was choosing between the 350z and the evo myself. If you have a problem with two seats get the evo, if you don't 350z all day long, might not be as quick, but its all about pleasure, comfort (well more than the evo) and 350 does exactly that!
  9. I know it well mate (curry mile that is), I'm pretty sure I know where Space computers is - are you in that big old house type place with a green & white sign? I live in the city centre and work in Bolton, quite often I work from home though so it wouldn't be a big prob to jet up there Yeah the signs are more purple and yellow though. Its opposite platt fields park, big white, house, looking building. Im gonna be in and out unexpectedly over the next few days, friday i will be in all day, so if you could that'll be brilliant. Thanks
  10. Thanks for teh advice. Im gona be more careful now. Hope i havent damaged the engine. Loving the car though. Reason that made me buy it was the depreciation held very good, and very few on the road. Anybody here know how the car would look with mud guards, also known as splash guards! i just wanna keep buying new stuff for it, because ieverytime i leave the car im like i wana give it something back
  11. That'll be great, where in manchester are your from? I work is in rusholme, Space computers (not sure if you heard of it) On Wilmslow Road (also know as the curry mile)
  12. After extensive research and determination to persuade the wife that two seats is more economical (hence no more taxi servives) i now accuire a gun metal 06 350z. teh car is fantastic, a few things bugging me though, so hope someone can help. The amber reflectors on the front makes me wanna cry everytime i see it. so ive looked around found a few, but they all say 03-05 fitments. They look the same to me, and some even say 03-06 and one on ebay that i found said will not fit 06 model. So whats the truth guys. The other thing is the ruining in period for teh car stay below 4000rpm well thats been impossible to do, done 500miles now, and have redlined it a few times. doe that mean my engines gonna blow up (i know it aint, but whats teh long term cause)
