  3. If you look at the way fuel is going up and the amount of it around is fast going down, the economic papers, etc floating around are not far wrong when they say start getting ready to live in a $300 a barrel world

I'm all for doing my green bit (5k in a year in the Z if i'm lucky), but pricing people of the roads is not the answer, but something has to be done about cars and what they run on and fast i guess.

The funny thing is that planes have to run on petrol (well aviation fuel, but you know what i mean) and though cars can run on other fuels, planes as yet cannot, the world is going to get bigger pretty quick once you can't just hop on a plane anymore :scare:

  4. Current UK price is going to be around £55K, thats what it says in my paper work when i put the deposit down a while ago now ), this could change, but unlikely too with the Japanese price being on oar with the old 34.

Middlehurst are getting some in what ever happens with the UK release. But after the recent announcements, looks like July at the earliest, but more like September for official cars.

Though I'm sure Nissan will have a demo car for shows in the first half of the year, and one team will be getting one very early for racing (so won't see that on the road, but at least in the metal :) )

  5. I've just bought a DC5 to be my run around (well when it arrives in about 8 weeks  ), so my current one is up for grabs, I've priced to sell at £3995. Ideal second car, details below:

  7. Hello,

Had my 54 kuro for about 4 months now. Been looking on here for a while and i thank you all very much for the valuable information! Got soooo many ideas for the Z in the future!

I was just wondering if any members are from the Norwich / Norfolk area. I pass the odd Z now and again and wondered if they are on here!

Also i really want a Nismo kit and Exhaust!!!! Should i wait for second hand ones to turn up on Ebay or import from the US?

    Many thanks again!!!

I'm in Norwich, well at least for a couple of days a month (when i'm home, so if you see a shiney GM drop top that will be me :) )

  8. Andy,

How does that fit? Is it stuck on or drilled etc?

    Looks good

Its just sitting on there for the pictures, but will be stuck on using the 3M tape that is attached to it, i think it will need weighting down over night as it does not sit quite flat at one end and most US roadster owners that fitted it have done the same :)

I don't want any holes drilling, i know i win't own her in less than a coupleof years, but i know how Nissan's like to rust
