  1. More tips!

Keep it short and snappy - you can always add a strap line to elaborate on what you do - just came up with this one for "Health & Safety - Doing our best to ensure survival of the thickest!"

When you've got your short name, before you finally adopt it, if you think there is the slightest chance you'll want a website, check the obvious choices to see whether they are in use. Then, adopt the name and register the web address - you dont have to use it until you are read.

    Cheers.

  2. ... its something about powder coating and its finishing process making alloy wheels prone to shatter at a later date...... I think normal heat paint drying is not a problem...... might be worth doing a search on it.

  3. If the paint is coming off I would guess they have already been repainted. As far as I know there hasn't been any warranty issues on these particular wheels (unlike the Rays).

I've had mine repainted several times but once that is done the finish doesn't seem to last very long and its very, very difficult to get close to the original colour finish. My last paint job was with a wheel fixer in Witney (I'm NW of Reading towards Wallingford).

A full refurb might need a specialist such as wheelrefinishing, but be careful - they must not be baked.

  4. Is that the shuttle as in Le Shuttle?

Though I answered this ... Yes, Le Shuttle. If directed upstaris (first entrance) I always wave and point downwards - so far they've always waved me on to the second, downstairs, entrance.....

On of our skyline cousins wiped out his front lip and oil cooler when directed upstairs a while ago. Luckily he knew a local mechanic who came to the terminal and fixed all the bits so he caught a later shuttle.
