Spill sorry to hear the package took so long to get there the brake lines where in a seprate box from the pads, but your US source should have seen both by now.
As for the Turbonetics and Greddy question I have a answer to the Turbonetics
-
In another thread a few people had asked if the Turbonetics kit and Greddy kit would work with the right hand drive setup. Today I have a conversation with one of Turbonetics Sales Reps and they assured me their tuner kit will work with the right hand drive setup and has been tested. The Tuner kit does not come with the ECU reflash, injectors, or fuel pump. So what I would suggest to anyone interested in doing the Turbonetics kit is purchasing the Turbonetics tuner kit of course, a Walbro 255 fuel pump, RC440cc Injectors and a piggy back system such as Utec, Greddy Emanage, or Split Second. I do understand that it is hard to find a Greddy tuner in the UK but if someone is interested in doing this setup we could most definitely lend some of our experience over the phone and through the internet for the tuner doing the tune and provide all the parts needed.
We are currently doing another Turbonetics car now I will keep you all updated on the power the car puts out and post some pictures

mention what we have said to the tuner it deff sounds like a file corrupt file issue, but if they are still having issues feel free to call us I know the hours are way different we are open 10am-8pm US Eastern time and would be glad to try to be some assistance to your tuner if I am not here at the shop talk with Eric he is one of our tuners.

in that case sounds the the files they are sending the box is corrupt the file. So with the stock file from vortech the car runs fine no issues correct? If thats the case tell them to use the vortech base map and modify the tables using that map.

It will run extremely rich and set a rev limiter about 4000rpms if you have a bad box or if it is wired incorrectly.
-
thanks for having me around love it here
-
your car is in limp mode there are it could be two diffrent problems first off the box maybe wired up in correctly or a bad conection make sure the wires are solder!! No connectors!!! it will make a huge difference second it could be a bad box that will cause the same issue you would have to send it to vortech to get it tested but try the wiring first tripple check it. The problem does have to do with the black box.

take a look and let me know if that does not fix the prob

as for the piping that is something I could find out for you. As for the reflash on the Turbonetics I do have an answer for that with the reflash honestly the Zs still need tuning it is very hard to do mail order tunes for the Zs everyone acts different. With the reflash the car runs very rich and has poor drivability. We always suggest adding to the kit, with either a Greddy Emanage, Utec, or even split second software. It is a shame that the UK does not have a good shop for FI setups I would love to set something up with a shop in the UK providing parts and tech help so that you guys could have similar setups as cars over here.

just got back to you on that if anyone has questions let me know
-
we will keep you guys posted on Zs that come out of here with FI setup right now we have a turbonetics car with a Greddy Emanage Ultimate setup that we should be dynoing and tuning later this week, we also have a fully built greddy Z here. So will keep you posted with dyno graphs and videos maybe we can get some more FI Zs out of the UK.

Hey how are you doing are they using a serial adapter? If so we have seen serial adapters cause problems with the connection if they are using a adapter simply trying a different adapter and that should do the trick
-
Wondering who all the FI guys on the forum are lets get this section of the forum rolling
