  1. Wanted to test the waters see how many people would be interested I talked to Eric one of our 350z tuners here and he is willing to come over there and do tuning. We are able to tune Utec, Emanage, Split Second, Apexi SAFC. If we can get enough people to commit we would deff look into this. If you are interested please let me know there are no prices set yet it will very on how many tunes we can get, also I need to know where each of you are located exactly so that we can find a good tuning shop to tune at. Please let me know if you guys find any interest in this.

  2. Just wanted to give you guys an Idea of what STS is all about recently we did this custom setup on a mustang pretty much it was a universal kit we did all the piping and welding in house. The numbers the car made where incredible not necessary how much power it made but the power band was insane it made great low end power and just kept carrying. They have a great setup going on here. The 350z kit will be out in a few months can't wait to see what it does.

  3. Wow mate your S/C sure sounds noisier than mine :bose:

We have noticed that on the Zs that some are louder than others, nothing wrong with them, we have even sent a few back to Vortech to have the checked out and nothing is wrong. I had a S2000 customer which purchased a Vortech it was by far the loudest I have ever heard he sent it back to Vortech and it checked out fine

  4. Attach laptop to Splitsecond box.

Go online to SS box (this takes 3 or so attempts)

Upload settings from SS box to laptop. Maps appear, but system settings do NOT.

    Tweak map values.

Write back to SS box - SS box hangs, car goes into limp mode.

Check live data - no values. At no time can the R4 software see real-time values from the SS box.

  5. They have very similar setups on other vehicles, such as the LS1 cars 05 Mustangs and Integra Type R which are not having any problems with location. The car we are currently doing with this kit runs in some of the D1 drift events, which with drifting who knows if you are going to end up in the grass, gravel or so forth and STS seems to have no worries about that.

  6. As some of you might have read on www.my350z.com STS is producing a remote mount turbo kit. STS has been around for a while now and are know in the GM LS1 Market and slowly have been finding there way into the import world, there latest import kit was the Integra Type R remote. Currently they are working on a 350z kit it will be a single turbo kit there are mentions of UTEC being used for engine management.

Being a Dealer and Installer for this kits I am really excited where I saw it might benefit you all is that with the rear mount you do not have to worry about fitment being that there will be no fighting with the steering rack or anything of that nature. There are also talks of a twin turbo setup coming out in the future. We are doing a install on a Mustang this month while it is not a Z it may give you some Idea how the kit will do I will keep you all posted.
