  1. Yeah that is the way I was leaning as well.. would make more sense. Was looking at some 350z for sale in the UK and there does seem to be a good selection of low milage ones for decent money.. Secondhand cars in Spain keep their value well so think it makes sense for me to sell here and buy there. Thanks
  2. Hi all been a while since I have been on here.. I currently live in Spain but looking to move back to the UK later this year. Have recently had a full rebuild done on my 350z with forged pistons, new clutch with solid flywheel and so on.. Also car is totally rust free.. So was thinking maybe I transport it back over to the UK and look at grabbing spares or repair 350z in the UK and looking at doing a LHD to RHD conversion.. but then thought well last time I even considered doing anything like this it was a car from the 80s lol so a lot less messing around.. Anyone know what would be involved? might end up just pulling the engine and taking that with me lol.. I guess dash, seats, hand break, pedals, break master cylinder , steering rack and I guess ECU and wiring loom would need to get swapped as well . But yeah thinking more about it as it would then be classed as an import as well so insurance is always going ot be more expensive.. Maybe i just sell over here and look for a good example in the UK haha cant decide.
  3. Hi guys I live in Spain so am kind of limited to what I can do to my car and also what I can get over here. ITs the 280bhp model I believe. Basically as long as it looks stock and passes emissions for the ITV (Basically an MOT) i should be good.. so no stainless steel exhaust, no special air intakes and so on So was thinking maybe just a plenum spacer ordered from the UK, K&N panel filter that I can get over here (I know you wont get amazing results from a panel filter but its my only option) and then try and find someone over here that can do proper ECU mapping.. Not looking for massive gains really as its a daily driver or well will be when my works offices open back up haha just wanted to see if there are any other things worth looking at ?
  4. Thanks for the welcome guys Yeah some really nice roads around here but I think I will need to invest in a baseball cap or my head will melt off.
  5. Oh yeah I remember those things lol.. could try it first lol not like its expensive and I don't have to start ripping the Stereo to bits to do it lol
  6. Hmm just found this on Youtube.. seems it would be a lot easier just getting a new head unit lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NhysrI7xkl0 Even just swapping the stereo out looks like a bit of a crappy job lol ah well got to be done
  7. Hi Is there any easy way to get bluetooth audio setup for the standard bose audio system or am I better off looking at a new head unit ? Thanks
  8. Hi I am originally from South wales but currently live in the South of Spain. Just picked myself up a 2006 350z roadster so thought I would sign up on here as I am sure I will have lots of questions that you guys will hopefully be able to help with or there are probably already topics covered on here. Sadly its not really legal to do any upgrades to the car in Spain I can get away with the plenum spacer and a re-map but that's about it really..
