im a member of several forums not just car related but also watches, minimum post counts really do help. Although the well meaning members with small post count get screened out, it really does help keep the less well intended opportunists at bay, i have sadly heard of several people losing good money on fake products etc so much better the protection is there than not.

i paid 600 quid i have no no claims as i come from motobikes last 8 years and got 6points on my licence and thats fully comp, quite happy with that

black 350z coupe spotted twice in last few days heading west on m27 in portsmouth. looked like driver was wearing a beanie wooly hat. I think reg started FX but cant be sure, also saw him at top of eastern road today waiting at lights to enter m27

Hi Great looking Zed, i really love that colour, only reason i would change my zed roadster is for a swap to that colour, enjoy!

i have sports cats and the y pipe has a resonator/silencer  then to a scorpion and its not loud at all, although its quite new so maybe it needs to bed in, but i feel pretty confident it would be ok on track. maybe just change the y pipe to a reso one?

still waiting for this damn parcel!! cant miss it, its a present, really sorry was supposed to be here by 1pm

thanks BR1TTON, the weather was truly bad, but there will be plenty of opportunity to set something up when the weather is a bit better, i couldnt blame anyone who didnt come out in that.

and before the scorpion was fitted

so the Scorpion is now fitted and what a difference, she is alot better, no drone, just a nice sporty note as the revs climb, probably wouldnt be loud enough for some but its just how i wanted it, so i found out i have cobra sport cats and what looks like a motordyne y pipe[ has a resonator in the single pipe section] so im very happy with the result. One question. Does anyone know why the car is now more driveable, what i mean is before at low speed in traffic throttle control was tricky, i dont know wether maybe a slight increase in back pressure has made the car much tamer in slow moving traffic, it just feels smoother if thats possible?

So i got my Scorpion fitted this morning hooray what a difference very happy thanks for the advice, so went upto hill afterwards not expecting to see anyone as the weather was dreadful, but to my surprise and delight Ben showed up with his fantastic 370 nismo, thanks for being so hardcore Ben and great meeting you! we took sanctuary in Bens car and over a coffee had a nice chat. heres a couple of pics. My wife said we look like brothers lol, she was polite enough to not mention who would have been the older[ me obviously] Anyway cheers mate for bringing your car up, weather aside it was really good to meet you and look around your pride and joy. Looking forward to the better weather so we can get a few more of us together.cheers

mines a 350 roadster, but the garage let me down so need to find somewhere else, if you know anywhere or anyone, i would do it myself but my roads on a camber and a nightmare to get under cars

according to weather app on my phone its rain everyday past christmas lol, Pompey are playing away tomorrow so i will be out and about as my scorpion gets fitted this afternoon and i wanna try it out, if anyone is around i will be up there, if not no worries

just drove to southampton and back got onto some bendy roads its a joy to drive im hooked

thanks for the input guys, i spoke to tarmac sport and explained about the hfc and y pipe and he advised either scorpion or milltek as even the cobra resonated maybe too loud for my roadster,so i went for a scorpion, hopefully that will sort out the sound issue i have with the crapspeed k1 that is damaging my ear drums, hopefully should have it fitted by saturday so might avoid tinitus setting in
