So. Have had my steering wheel all started up as wanted to go back to an air bag wheel for ease of MOT.

Is there anything I can do to tart up the airbag unit as it kind of ruins the look now.

I'm quite interested. How long before a batch is ready? Just got back from holiday so need a bit of time for funds to recoup. 

How involved is fitting? 

Mine wouldn't pop. Put 2 tap washers in each spring and works every time now.

Static revs aren't the same as revs on load. It doesn't build boost as easy with no load so you probably didn't get to relief pressure of the valve. Did you tighten or loosen the valve. 

What boost do you normally see and has it changed recently?

Is there a massive difference in master cylinder size between the 350 and supra/chaser or whatever the donor was?

Haha. Flutter noise always caused big arguments over sxoc about turbo wear. 

Consensus was though, that it wouldn't reduce the turbo life by a very large percent and would normally not need replacement before the cars rotted. Lol.

If you want more dump valve actuation reduce the spring pressure. If you want more flutter increase it.

What rpm do you normally see full boost at? At 70 you may be at a point that you have very little boost and low throttle position.

I just fitted a vent. Was for the looks but I think also there is a little more induction noise which I like.

Leave the eye lids carbon. And get a bonnet to match.  Sorry I just wanted to have a different opinion..
