  1. Sat behind a lovely Black 370 '17 Plate yesterday around half 5pm. M6 North between Birchwood and Orrell. Enjoying the slow moving traffic !
  2. Got invited to a Dyno day at Tuning Developments, so thought it would be rude not to. Model: 2007 GT 313 VQ35HR (61k miles) Mods: HKS Super Hybrid panel air filters, Berk HFC's, ARK Grip Cat Back Dyno: Dyno Dynamics - Tuning Developments BHP: 315 fwhp
  3. WorkshopTwelve responded to my query, but I kind of came to my own conclusion it SHOULD fit, after measuring up my own console and comparing it to a pre-facelift; 'Hi Stuart,Take a look in our 06-09 photo album on Facebook. I was able to fit the plastics into the upper "waterfall" of the 06-09 dashboard. What I wasn't able to test out is how the shifter trim will slide up under the bottom of the plastics. It looks like it will fit, but I haven't been able to confirm it. I don't have a 06-09 shifter trim handy to try and do the fitting.. I've been trying to find someone local with a car to test if it will slide up under.Tim' I'm just not sure I like it THAT much to commit trying it. Just bought a 'Joying' double-din Android unit. I'll see how this goes first..
  4. I've contacted Shapeways to find out, as I wonder if it will fit my 07. Hopefully they will get back to me!
  5. Finally managed to snap one up. An '07 HR in Black, 61k on the clock. Some of you may recognise it on the forum Sorry for bad quality, it was a rush job. More to come because it's booked in for a 3 stage Correction Detail on 4th Sept for 3 days. Just as a kind of benchmark to see what clears up, where I stand with the paintwork..any major paint repairs required etc.. So I will do before and after pictures! Really grown to love the car within the week I've owned her! It's truly is epic. I've always enjoyed a wolf in sheep's clothing but this is truly a wolf, no disguises. Time to spend some money on her; - A list as long as my arm to service (filters, liquids, belts, plugs) -Bring the paintwork back to as close to showroom as possible. Including protection -Aftermarket 2-din android stereo/sat navigation to hopefully tie in with Torque -Remap, hopefully by TDI North. -One alloy wheel refurb -LED's thrown in here and there. -Private plate -Any other recommendations along the way! Also need to get underneath it at some point, just to make sure everything feels as solid as it does driving it. Just suffering a few mechanical noises at the front, but unsure if these are just Z traits.
  6. So last year I bought a 300zx with a view to restoration. Currently stripped out engine bay and ongoing welding underneath. Hoping to track/drag it eventually. So not going to bore you with the 300zx details but I've been weighing up the option of a 350z daily to crave my RWD appetite for a few years now; Among plenty of other reasons why I have a passion for the Z cars. I would prefer an unmolested Azure blue. Would settle for Black, Red or Grey. Also hoping for a 2006+ GT 313 revised model slicktop with low miles. Yes I realise this is a hard find and at the top of their value, but i'm willing to invest! The hunt begins here, so i thought I would make a start with the intro.. Stu
