  1. I'm doing a bit of a portfolio of the different stages which I will upload in a thread when I complete it. It's not far off to be honest, I just need a bit of time to myself to do it instead of working :D

I'm having tomorrow to try and do a few bits.

  2. Fair play looking forward to this being bought back to life. There's far too many zeds dying of late.

    Thank you.

I will be asking lots of questions as I go on and will try and get some pictures up and maybe a small build thread.

  3. I have bought my project,.., I don't muck about.

I'm after a few bits, probably not all at once, unless it's a bargain ;)

Front wheel assembly (lower arm etc.)

    Air flow meter

    Air box

    Passenger wing

    Front bumper

    Front nudge bar behind bumper

    Passenger headlight (possibly both)

Probably more bits, I need to get my head into what's needed and what else is missing.

    Any advice welcomed

If any one with knowledge lives near Bourne Lincolnshire and fancies a brew to assist me with their knowledge and what is missing/broken, there may be biscuits on offer too.

  4. b4bby, it is an import.

I think it's a lower spec car as it has cloth interior too.

I'm not too fussed about Brembos etc as they can be retro fitted should I want the additional items.

  5. The one with the space saver wheel on in Stoke on Trent?

I have a friend looking at that one today for me.

The off putting thing with it is, it's a cat C, but it is a lovely looking car.

  6. I thought I'd put an ad up incase anyone has something that may be what I'm after.

The cars I've enquired about are around £2250 and needing work. As said in my welcome thread, I would like to bring one back to life.

    Thank you in advance

    John

  7. Thank you very much people :)

I'm looking at a couple around the 2000 mark.

I even looked at the 1200 one, described as tapping, was actually knocking!

I love bringing things back to life.

Normally do motorbikes, but I think the time has come to do a Zed.
