I got an Extreme Clutch and Single mass Flywheel off of Clark motorsport , The chatter is hardly noticeable but the pedal is quite stiff . I mean on the weekends its all good but cos i drive an hour to and from work in traffic everyday it does get a bit tiring .

when i done my Gbox Fluid change i used Genuine Nissan Gearbox oil and molysip additive . After some research i found out that it helps with smoother gear changes .Clark Motorsport supplied everything next working day give them a shout .

Not too sure about 'freeing' the diff but i changed my diff oil few 100 miles ago . I used genuine nissan i think it takes about 2.7lt if i am not mistaken .
Quite easy job , you just need something to pump the oil into the diff as the filling plug is at the side of the diff if that makes sense
I ordered from Clark Motorsport next day delivery

Mileage is about 75k ,
No stalling or misfiring but the car runs about 1100 RPM when its on idle and the performance is gone down too , it drives terrible .
I would always buy genuine as i am a parts advisor myself i do know the difference in aftermarket parts .
The problem is it comes as the EVT sensors but i am not too sure if these are the camshaft position sensors ?
Thank you ,

Hello ,
I have an 06 REVUP 350z . My engine light just came on flagging up code P1084 .
I believe it is the Exhaust Valve Timing Sensor bank 2 .
Has anyone had this problem before or know anything about this sensor ?
Is it the one at the front of the engine with a green angled sensor? I think it comes as part of the solenoid .
Any information regarding this sensor would be appreciated .
Thank you very much ,

Yeah we have adjusted the clutch pedal and it was bleeding properly we made sure there was no air , we manually disengaged the clutch (Worked as a Master Cylinder ) and everything was okay .
No we didnt replace the pivot ball ,
The kit included , Clutch , Solid flywheel and release bearing .
We've been working on it for 4 days now the box has been dropped 5 times
Hopefully after we replace the master cylinder and change to braided hoses everything should be fine
-
We have worked out by acting as the master cylinder that it needs to be replaced . Because it is an upgraded clutch system and the the old clutch was PROPER worn , this issue may occur .
Has anyone changed their Master Cylinders ? If so was it OEM or an upgraded one ?
Thanks ,
-
Thanks your your help guys hopefully i can sort it out by bleeding it again
-
Yes the flywheel and pressure plates are definitely correct and the release bearing is in the right way pedal resistance is normal . I work in a Merc dealership so i have spoken to a few techs about bleeding the system i am gonna try to bleed it more after work i would let you guys know if it fixes the issue .
-
The throw out bearing was supplied with the kit so that has been changed as well . We have bled the system many times nothing seems to be helping it .
How did you fix this issue when it happened to yourself ?

Hi ,
I am new to the Forum , i have just bought 06 350z the clutch was slipping really bad so i decided to go for the Xtreme clutch kit with solid flywheel . I have replaced all the service parts etc while i had the car in workshop after that we started to work on the clutch .
We have taken off the box 4 times just to make sure it was done all correctly . The car won't go into gear while the engine is on . When i start the car with it in 1st gear the wheels start spinning before i come to the biting point (clutch flat to the floor and it happens ) .
We thought the slave cylinder could be causing it so i replaced it but still the same problem .
We have adjusted the clutch pedal and bled the system many times still nothing .
I called Clark Motorsport (Where i got the clutch from) they said it is definitely the correct clutch kit for my car .
Has anyone had similar problems , or someone knows what to do please HELP
Thank you,
