Cheers for that I've just ordered a new battery for the key and I'll see how it goes

So I bought a 350 recently and the key won't unlock the door remotely so I have to use the key in the door, this sets off the alarm, but the odd thing is the unlock button on the fob works remotely. Any ideas? Perhaps just battery? Cheers.
