  1. Hello. Just after a bit of advice if possible? Bought a Z that has the jvc. However the previous owner has direct wired the front speakers & no other speakers or the sub work. Do you have to do anything with the blue-White remote wire? I've heard the standard radio it gave the signal through the blue remote wire to power the speakers on at the speaker amp & that it may need wiring direct to a live to make always powered on with the jvc. Proper scratching my head. Would appreciate a bit of advice. Alex
  2. Gt4 not mapped - as post above

  5. Hiya, just bought a 350 GT4, am slowly finding out the lil niggles & discovering more about its history. None of the rear speakers work, and the previous owner has run a new wore from the front speakers & soldered into the connected that goes into the head unit. So now has a direct connection to the front speakers that work. I'm going to assume that he did that as an easy fix due to this possible common fault with the amp? Just a quick question to help me diagnose pls. From the head unit to the amp.. Do all the car speakers then output from the amp, to the speakers? - so of that component has failed causing amp not to work, would that cause all the speakers to then not work? Are they all running from the amp next to the sub? Would just like my rears and but in sub working lol. Thanks.
  6. May cannot come quickly enough until I pick this baby up! :-D
  7. Haha indeed! but I just wondered if there was such a mod for the 350? ty
  8. Hi all, Please bare with me as I'm a noob to Nissan (I hear you all sigh lol) I'm about to take ownership of a lovely looking bright yellow GT4 with the factory fitted Nismo kit & have been getting up to date with the lingo & what not. I've only just realised that 'Up Rev' is not the same as 'Rev matching' - D'oh! So, turns out i belive mine is an up rev engine as the red line starts at 7,000rpm & is the 300hp model due to being GT4 - but still in the lower tax bracket - also only covered 36k miles - Happy me But would just like to ask please if there is a way to make the 350 rev match like the 370 does? Cheers, Scallywag
  9. I quite like the rear lights & the wheels look like they're in immaculate condition! Rare to see a car around that year in such condition. Damn I bet it's loud with the race cat & buddy pro
