Hello all, resently bought a z and noticed noise coming from the clutch when cluch pedal not engaged, did a bit of research and found out its quite common. Noise getting worse now ive been playing side ways also feels like clutch starting to slip anyone had similar problem and whats a good cluch flywheel to go for to handle some abuse?

Hi everyone, Im new to this and was wondering the best site for uprated 350z parts ie clutch/flywheel? as i was drifting about early and the clutch was stinking and the esp and traction control light stayed on intill i turned the engine of let her rest turned on and the lights where off again. Any ideas of what this could be?

Of corse i did some research before buying and thought all 07 and above are hr engines, just thought this hr only had one ai, plus the manual said vq35 hr. You live and learn!

Yeah was what i thought originally with just looking at pictures online, so it is the rev up reving to 7k what does the non rev rev up too?

Haha dunno bout that, but hope so should of checked before i bought it ochwell im still over the moon with it! Need to save the ruber on the back wheels lol. The only thing now is when buying upgrades it says vq35de 03-06 or vq35hr 07-08 to select from bout mines an 2007 with de! So im in limbo

It has the lines not the bulge in the bonet, just gonna face it its not the hr was just too excited when i first bought it to check! The guy who bought it from factory got scammed and given the hr manual! Just had it out, limiter is at 7200. Next topic high lift cams!?

I bought the car privately, in the owners manual it says its the hr and it limits at 7500 redline starts at 7000 im confused but still thanks for the help guys

Hello Ive recently bought a blue 2007 350z that should be the hr engine right, but it only has one air intake! As far as i can find out on the internet that all 07-08 hr have twin air intakes Can anyone clear this up for me?
