  1. Hi Guys, I am thinking of purchasing the Aerokit Spec 1 rear lip for my 350. I don't want any diffusers/rear bumpers that I would have to paint as the whole car had a respray in July and I'm concerned the colour would be difficult to match. http://www.driftwork...p-in-black.html Does anyone have any experience with this? Pics would be great Thanks
  2. I'll take this if its still for sale?
  3. Hi Stan, I am also a Zed newbie from Norfolk. Trust me, having owned a MKIV Supra myself (NA though ), you wont be disappointed with the Zed. Jamie
  4. OK guys thank you all for your input, think this more than answers my original question . Don't think I will be looking to build an NA monster anytime soon. Just bolt-ons and a remap. Who knows later down the line I might be tempted to go FI but think I would more likely go down the Supra/Skyline route for this. Not looking to break new ground and am quite happy to go down the tried and tested route to build the car that appeals to me. Cheers
  5. Thanks for the advice guys, wont bother with the manifolds then. Will still try to push for 300 with the exhaust system, remap and Kinetix manifold (already in the post ). As far as weight saving goes I was always going to change the seats anyway, fancy some bride recliners. I will look at other places I can shed weight, I've already got rid of the spare wheel and jack, as well as some lightened suspension components. Where are the other places I can easily lose weight?
  6. Hmm good point, I hadn't thought of that
  7. Yeah that would be great, bumped into Rob the other day (we were getting our cars washed at the same time) and he said the same thing.
  8. Hi Guys, I am currently looking at a set of Nismo exhaust manifolds. I already have an aftermarket catback (although it's a Japspeed one and sucks, so is being replaced with a full custom system in the near future) and I am looking to add the kinetix inlet manifold and rev up as well. I am looking to get 300hp after a remap. I am sure these will help however are they worth it for the price of effectively having to split the car down the middle to install them? Or can I comfortably reach this figure without them? Car is 2003 DE GT pack Already have Z1 Motorsports 'Z-Tube' and Blitz SUS filter Cheers
  9. I am between King's Lynn and Swaffham. Would be great to get together with some of the Norfolk Z owners. Saw you all at Coltishall this year. I do a lot of stuff with Pistonheads if anyone is interested in coming along? As for the Zed aside from what I have already done my plans for this year are to replace my plenum with the kinetix manifold, rev up, remap, as well as a custom exhaust system (as the Japspeed one it has at the moment sucks) As it stands the zed's current spec list is: XXR 530 wheels 18x8.75 front 18x9.75 rear Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres Black Diamond slotted and drilled disks Factory Brembos EBC Redstuff pads Tein S-Tech springs Cusco front strut brace and Ultra Racing rear lower brace Ings N-Spec Front Bumper Full respray in July - Audi Sepang Blue Japspeed catback exhaust Z1 motorsports 'Z-tube' with Blitz SUS filter
  10. Thanks for the replies guys. Flex, what do you mean by that haha
  11. Hi guys/gals, Zed Newbie (kind of) here. Had my Zed about 6 moths now and love it. Have had 2 MR2's previously (still got 1 as a track car) and they can't touch the Zed! New to the forum but can't wait to get to know you all and start going to some forum events. Any other Zed owners here in Norfolk? Here is my 350z (53 Plate, DE, Audi Sepang Blue) hope you guys like. Jamie
