Should point out it's a 2006 pre-facelift with 24k miles

My car developed the typical click when pulling away however my mechanic has suggested it is coming from the carbon prop shaft rather than the drive shafts. HAs anyone come across this? He said he experienced the same issue on his GT-R R35 and has changed the prop twice.

My Z has a faint knock which can only be heard from inside with the doors shut. It sounds like it is coming from the centre of the car or possibly towards the rear. It is hear when on tick-over and cannot be heard anywhere in the engine bay at all. Does anyone know what this could be?

Anyone on here driving an Azure blue Z on the A146/A143 today about half 5? Waved at me but saw you late. I was also in a an Azure blue coupe

Cheers Paddy. I think I've found the photo on a port related forum with silver GT4s is that the one? I think Google results vary in order between users. If anyone has black chrome GT4s on a different colour Z I could attempt a photoshop if its side on.
